Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you wish to return an item, you will find all the important information about returns, deadlines and processing here.
1. Right of withdrawal – 14-day return policy You can withdraw and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
2. How the return process works
Step 1 – Register your cancellation. Send us a short message by email to: service@neumuehle-home.de. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- name
- Items you wish to return
Step 2 – Pack the goods securely. Please pack the goods in their original packaging if possible and protect them sufficiently so that they arrive undamaged.

3. Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note:
- Return shipment insured with tracking (DHL, DPD or UPS)
- We cannot accept collect shipments.
4. Refund Once we have checked your return, we will refund you:
- The purchase price of the returned items
- Delivery costs are non- refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
5. When is a return excluded? A return is not possible in the following cases:
- Items that are used , clearly damaged , or no longer saleable
- Items that have been damaged through improper use
- Goods that were manufactured or personalized “ according to customer specifications ”.
- Orders from customers with residence and delivery address outside the EU
6. Were the goods damaged or delivered incorrectly? We apologize for the inconvenience! Please send us photos within 48 hours of receipt of:
- the damaged/incorrect goods
- the packaging
- the shipping label

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Usually within 3-14 working days after receipt of the return.
Can I exchange the item?
A direct exchange is not possible. Please reorder the desired item.
I haven't received my order yet – where can I find the tracking information? You will automatically receive a shipping notification with a tracking link.
