Cancellation policy

Introduction Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods . You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs , without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods to the following address without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
We do not offer free returns .
We cannot accept packages sent without prepaid postage.
Please send the return shipment insured with tracking (DHL or DPD).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality . Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,

which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General information

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories.
Use suitable outer packaging if the original packaging is no longer available.
These instructions do not constitute a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
