1. Shipping information
1.1 Shipping countries
We currently ship to:
- Germany
1.2 Shipping costs Germany
- Standard shipping: Costs are displayed at checkout.
Note: Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process.
1.3 Shipping service providers
Depending on the item, we ship via:
- DHL
- DPD
- UPS
- Dropshipping fulfillment partners at home and abroad
You will automatically receive shipment tracking information as soon as the goods have been shipped.
1.4 Delivery times
Our delivery times are:
- Germany: approx. 2–8 working days
Please note that due to our dropshipping model, delivery times may vary for individual items. The applicable delivery time is displayed on the product page.
1.5 Dropshipping / Multiple Shipments
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or an external fulfillment partner. Therefore, the following may occur:
- Partial deliveries,
- different shipping packages,
- different shipping times
come. There will be no additional shipping costs for you.
1.6 Delivery errors
If a delivery cannot be made due to circumstances for which you as the customer are responsible (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect), you will bear the resulting return and/or reshipping costs. This excludes returns made due to a valid cancellation.
1.7 Return address
Please send returns exclusively to: RECONNECT GmbH Milanweg 4 65321 Heidenrod Germany. We cannot accept collect shipments.
1.8 Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent insured with tracking (DHL, DPD or UPS).
2. Payment terms
2.1 Available payment methods
The following payment methods are available in the online shop:
• Shopify Payments
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna Instant Bank Transfer
- Klarna invoice (if activated)
- Klarna installment purchase (if activated)
• PayPal (payment via your PayPal account or credit card via PayPal)
• Klarna - Instant bank transfer

2.2 Due Date
For all payment methods, the purchase price is due immediately unless a separate payment agreement has been made.
2.3 Payment processing
Payment processing is handled via:
- Shopify Payments / Stripe
- PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA
- Klarna Bank AB (publ)
These providers may conduct credit checks or reject payment methods.
2.4 Payment from abroad
Payments from third countries may incur additional fees or conversion costs, which must be borne by the customer.
3. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of RECONNECT GmbH until full payment has been received.
